Due to the nature of our products (self-defense items and personal accessories), all sales are final for safety and hygiene reasons.

- Change of mind
- Used items
- Opened or worn products

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of deliver.
When reaching out, please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will happily:

We are unable to offer refunds for:

- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
